Dawn's #JournalChat Choice for January 2014 Featuring Special Guest: Lisa Arends

This is a new feature I'm creating for 2014 along with the changes to the #JournalChat Live schedule that is now monthly starting in January.

I will be posting links labelled Dawn's #JournalChat Favorite which I will feature as well as Dawn's #JournalChat Choice which will be the journaling resource for each month's #JournalChat Live Sunday Session which will now take place the first Sunday of each month in 2014. I will also post a link for the journaling resource for our previous #JournalChat Live Sunday Session in case you missed it!

Here is the journaling resource from our Final 2013 Sunday Session of JournalChat Live with special guest, Mari McCarthy:

Journal Power: Playing with Words

Here are the links I posted (that were originally titled #JournalChat Pick of the Day in December of 2013) that are now titled, Dawn's #JournalChat Favorites:

Silence and the Soul by Valerie Harms

Writing from the Zero Point: Making Meaning Through Spiritual Journaling by Julie Tallard Johnson

And now for Dawn's #JournalChat Choice for the month of January, 2014:

My Journey to Hope by Lisa Arends @stilllearnging2b on Twitter

In this heartfelt post, Lisa shares a detailed journaling journey she took to work through an unexpected divorce and how she used a Three Part Journal featuring Past, Present and Future to help her sort through her emotions, stay more present in her current life experience and dream for her future with hope.

Lisa will be Special Guest on January 5, 2014, 4 EST/1 PST, for our very First Sunday Session of #JournalChat Live to start off the New Year as we discuss using our journals to move through transitions, a perfect topic for a new year!

Our topic is Your Journaling: In Transition.

Join us for our first Sunday Session of #JournalChat Live using the #JournalChat Hashtag in your tweet!

Here is Lisa Arend's Bio:
