And now for Dawn's #JournalChat Choice for the month of March, 2014:

What is Journaling for Creativity? by Andrew Shackcloth

We all have the essence of creativity, but we often don't know how to activate it as much as we could. Using all of our senses, we can use our journals to allow our life experiences to come alive in a whole new way by recording them in detail and using our imaginations to enhance our awareness as creative people and see life in a whole new dimension! Andrew Shackcloth shares the meaning of journaling for creativity and gives a lively example of taking an ordinary visual and transforming into something entirely new, just by using our senses and taking time to record our point of view, our dreams, and a fresh perspective on what really matters most to us.

Andrew Shackcloth @J4Creativity will be our special guest for our next First Sunday Session of #JournalChat Live on 3/2/14 at 4 EST/1 PST.

Our topic will be Your Journaling: Creative Awareness.

Join us for our next Sunday Session on 3/2 using #JournalChat in your tweet!

Here is Andrew Shackcloth's BIO:
Andy Shackcloth stumbled upon journaling after writing tutors insisted that it would be a good thing for him to do. Practicing journaling and his subsequent research into journaling lead to a personal epiphany that changed his view of the world and the direction of his writing. He promotes journaling for creativity via his personal blog, Shack's Comings and Goings, a dedicated Facebook page and Twitter feeds.
