@JulietPlatt Perhaps you gain a sense of personal power with the asking knowing you will eventually figure it out! #JournalChat

#journalchat Juliet, I also like your idea of addressing your entry to "Dear Creative Self". I think that would really help my writing!

@sdekins Well, by this time, you may notice a pattern of reactions and triggers. That's something worth asking about.#JournalChat

@JournalChat Yes. Anyway, why change it? It's how we feel at the time. It's good to capture it. #journalchat

RT @JulietPlatt When we find ourselves rehashing & experiencing a level of impatience, that's the time to ask the question #JournalChat

@JulietPlatt You can really mix it up, w/ expressing your angst & then asking a question about the issue directly. #JournalChat#Journaling

@sdekins Exactly, Susan. It's a matter of trusting what we "hear" that comes from within; writing it down is a good start.#JournalChat

As I've recently found just venting or ranting in my journal has limited use unless I evoke the "listener" and ask its advice#JournalChat

RT @sdekins: #JournalChat #Journaling That's so true, Dawn. We often look for the answers outside ourselves but we know what's best for us.
