Double Feature #JournalChat Live Event in April 2015

I am excited to announce our next Double Feature #JournalChat Live Event coming in April!

For this event, we will have a journaling panel that will feature three special guests, Madeline Sharples, Debra DiPietro and Kelly Epperson.

We will have a Double Feature #JournalChat Live Event on Twitter and Facebook. Our Twitter chat will be on Sunday, April 5 at 3 CST/4 EST. Then join us the following week, on April 7, 8 and 9th at 3 CST/4 EST for our #JournalChat Live Facebook Discussion.  Our topic will be Your Journaling: Mind Magic as we focus on journaling that enables us to Release Stress, Grow Our Lives and Desire our Days!

Journaling is a such a powerful tool, and our special guests show how simple and yet how profound it can be when we focus on using journal keeping to create a mindset that enables us to release stressful and negative emotion as we face life challenges, grow our life experiences by getting past our fears and trying new things and turning our desires into reality that produces the kind of life we want!

Featured below are our three special guests with their journaling resources and when they will be featured during our #JournalChat Live Events:

Our Special Guest, Madeline Sharples, shares in her article, How I Relieve Stress, her ways of unloading negative emotion and organizing what is within as she creates a more healthful mindset for herself in the process. She also includes some fabulous journaling tips to try for a more empowering practice.

Madeline will be part of the journaling panel during our #JournalChat Live Twitter chat on Sunday, April 5, and will especially be featured on Tuesday, April 7, during our #JournalChat Live Facebook Discussion. Our focus will be Journaling to Release.

Our Discussion Questions:
How does journaling help us release angst and other negative emotions? How does journaling help us relieve stress so we can get realigned and live a more empowered life?
